Because each reel viewer is personalized and made especially for you, customized photo products cannot be returned due to a change of mind.

However, we always want you to love your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your custom photos, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Photos or videos showing the issue

We will review your request and provide the best solution.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because your item is customized.
