At ReelView, every product is carefully handmade and personalized especially for you. Because each item is uniquely created based on your photos and customization requests, personalized products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect photo selection, or personal preference.
Before production, please make sure that:
- Your photos are the correct images you would like to use.
- The number of photos matches your selected reel quantity.
- Your customization details (such as text or center piece design) are correct.
Damaged or Defective Items
We always check every order carefully before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a production issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- A description of the issue
After reviewing the information, we will provide a suitable solution, including:
- Replacement of the damaged item
- Replacement parts if applicable
- Other solutions depending on the situation
Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that:
- Arrive damaged
- Have manufacturing defects
- Are incorrect due to our mistake
Customers are responsible for providing accurate photos and customization information. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
