Free Standard Shipping

GENOTONG provides free standard shipping on all orders to all destinations currently available at checkout.

There is no minimum order amount required to receive free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Other countries and regions: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons, remote locations, or carrier delays.

Rush Processing Service

Because every personalized reel is individually produced using real photographic film, standard production normally requires 1–5 business days.

Customers who need their order produced sooner may request our Rush Processing Service for an additional $30 USD per order.

The rush service fee covers:

  • Priority placement in our production schedule
  • Expedited photo preparation
  • Priority film developing and processing
  • Priority cleaning, assembly, testing, and quality inspection
  • Earlier handover to the shipping carrier when production is completed

Rush service is subject to production availability and should be requested before or immediately after placing the order.

The $30 rush processing fee prioritizes production but does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Delivery after shipment remains dependent on USPS, UPS, FedEx, UBI, local postal services, local last-mile couriers, customs, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination and available shipping route, orders may be delivered through:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • UBI
  • Local postal services
  • Local last-mile courier partners

For international shipments, one carrier may handle international transportation while USPS, UPS, or another local courier completes final delivery.

Overnight Delivery

We do not currently offer guaranteed overnight or next-day delivery.

Customers purchasing gifts for a specific date should place their orders as early as possible. Rush processing can shorten the production queue, but it cannot guarantee carrier delivery by a particular date.
