ReelView specializes in personalized memory gifts, including custom photo film reels and viewers.

Each product is individually created based on the photos, text, and customization details provided by the customer.

Because our products are personalized and handmade, production begins after your order information is confirmed.

2. Custom Orders

When placing a custom order, customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct photos
  • Correct number of images
  • Accurate customization details
  • Correct shipping information

Please carefully review your order information before submitting.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Photo Submission & Customer Content

By submitting photos to ReelView, you confirm that:

  • You own the photos or have permission to use them.
  • Your submitted content does not violate any third-party rights.

Customers grant ReelView permission to use submitted images only for the purpose of creating and fulfilling their orders.

We do not sell, share, or use customer photos for other purposes without permission.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, colors, and images accurately.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Handmade production processes

These differences do not qualify as defects.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on our website are in the displayed currency.

We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing information.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

6. Shipping

Orders are handmade and processed before shipment.

Processing time:
1–5 business days

Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom items cannot be returned or refunded due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect photos submitted by the customer
  • Personal preference

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for illegal purposes
  • Copy or reproduce our content, images, or designs without permission
  • Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality
