How many photos fit on one reel?
Each reel holds seven different photos. Every photo appears in both the left and right viewing windows for the classic viewing experience.
Does the center image count as one of the seven photos?
You can use Photo 1 as the center image, upload a separate center photo or add custom center text. A separate center image does not replace the seven viewing photos.
Will the reel arrive assembled?
Yes. Your film frames are mounted into the reel, and the finished reel is checked before shipping. Insert it into the viewer and begin clicking through your photos.
What happens if my photo does not fit perfectly?
We may slightly crop or reposition the image to suit the viewing window. We prioritize keeping faces and important subjects visible.
How long does production take?
Most orders are prepared within 1–5 business days. Tracking is provided after dispatch, and delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.
